All entries should be sent to: All entries must be confirmed by the National Association and must be done in order of strength. No late entries will be accepted. Organisers are allowed to refuse entries if players have outstanding fees from a previous year. |
| Withdrawals | Please ensure that the Organizer is informed immediately when a player has to withdraw, together with the reason. |

| Events | Men's Singles, Women's Singles, Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, Mixed Doubles. The number of players/pairs to be accepted for the Single events are 96 and in Doubles events 48 and in Mixed Doubles 64. |
| System of Competition | K.O. system according to the Laws of Badminton and Competition Regulations of the BWF. |
| Eligibility | Participation is open to players born in 1993 or later of any National Association recognised by the BWF. For the Hungarian players it is needed Hungarian Competitor Licence. |

| Visa | If you need Visa for Hungary please ask the Hungarian Badminton Association for the official Invitation letter. It is advised to arrange the VISA in time. |

| Condition of play |
The tournament will be played in full accordance with the Laws of Badminton and the Competition Regulations adopted by the BWF as well as the Badminton Europe Junior Circuit Instructions. |

1. Hotel Patria 3* Address: 7621 Pecs, Rakoczi ut 3. Single room: 35€/night/room Double room: 55€/night/room Triple room: 75€/night/room The price of the room includes breakfast. It can be ordered lunch and dinner in the Hotel Patria for 7€/person/meal. 2. Rooms in the Sportshall - in 4-bedded rooms with own bathroom without breakfast: 15€/person/night. Must be paid 4 nights (60€). There are only two rooms available. - in 8-bedded rooms with common bathroom without breakfast: 10€/person/night. Must be paid 4 nights (40€). There are two rooms available. - in 12-bedded rooms with common bathroom without breakfast: 8€/person/night. Must be paid 4 nights (32€). There are three rooms available. The rooms are provided in order of reservation! The hotel booking must be made through the organizers and must be paid to the organizers as well! |
| Local transport |
Provided by the organizer free between the train station Pecs, the hotel and the sportshall. The organizer is not able to offer transport for those players and officials who are staying not in the official hotels! The organizer can provide transport from the Budapest Airport to Pecs and back to the Airport for 20€ per person. |
| Medical service | A physician will be present in the Sportshall during the tournament. |
| Drug testing | According to Hungarian Law Drug Testing may be carried out on a random basis at any time. |
| Clothing and advertising | In accordance with BWFCompetition regulations 19-23. In applying these regulations the decision of the Referee shall be final. |
| Insurance | The organizer declines responsibility and covering of costs for possible injuries or other damages. It is up to each participant to insure himself. |
